He was tlaking to himself, then when i got up to get off, he just said "ATTENTION SEEKER" then turned back to the window and started gently rocking back and forth.

You never get these losers on the Underground.

Which is why sometimes I'm thankful I only ever the the Tube and seldom use NR.

Yeah but, in my opinion the cut-cover lines (circle, district, metro etc) are just as bad as NR at times. You can get soem right nutcases on there.
