On my home turf, RAF Eastcote, Middlesex.
Those who know where my Flickrstream are can view the entire set. This is a tribute to `greenie and *Skeet. Thanks both for the awesome your inspiring individual photographs, as well as awesome collaborations. I can never forget the Millennium Mills job you guys did. Awesome. I wanted to arrange a trip here, but I have currently ruled it out. There is a lot of asbestos around and though I have had my fair share of experience with it what with working for the Underground, I think a trip here would only be advisable for smaller groups. There is only one route in and one route out. There's also the fact that RAF Eastcote is situated in a high-density residential area and a larger group will no doubt arouse suspicion. The land is also currently in a state of being in a change of hands - though a majority of the site now rests with the developers for the MoDEL Project, a large area of the complex is still under MoD ownership, which equals big consequences if caught trespassing. Please do not steal. This is not stock. |
